C² Multiplier bridges Switzerland and Chile through the most powerful force in bilateral development: institutional knowledge. Fifteen years inside Switzerland's most prestigious financial and legal institutions — now channelled in service of Chile's extraordinary potential.
Our Philosophy
Switzerland did not become the world's most trusted financial and educational ecosystem by accident. It built its excellence systematically — through trusted universities, developing the architecture of its banking institutions, sophistication of its capital markets, and permanent improvement of its regulatory culture.
Chile stands at a pivotal inflection point. Latin America's most stable democracy — with a sophisticated legal framework, a growing technology sector, and a generation of internationally educated professionals — is precisely positioned to absorb and adapt the very best Switzerland has built.
C² Multiplier exists at the intersection of these two realities. We do not merely consult; we catalyse enduring institutional partnerships that transfer proven Swiss models into actionable frameworks for Chilean government bodies, universities, banks, and capital markets.
The name is intentional. C² is Chile and Switzerland, compounded — because in knowledge transfer, the effects are never linear. With the right bridge, they multiply.
"Having studied and worked within Switzerland's most prestigious universities and financial institutions for over fifteen years, allowed me to see first-hand what disciplined institution-building produces. Chile has the hunger, the talent, and the structures. What it needs is a trusted bridge. I am that bridge — and this is my life's work."— Dr. Verónica Pollak, Founder & Principal Advisor, C² Multiplier
What We Do
Switzerland's universities — ETH Zurich, University of Zurich — are world-class centres of applied legal and financial studies. C² Multiplier designs executive courses and seminars bringing Swiss regulatory methodology directly into Chile's academic institutions and public sector.
With direct experience in the Swiss traditional and crypto banking (AMINA Bank — Switzerland's pioneering regulated crypto bank), and the SIX Swiss Exchange, Dr. Pollak brings unparalleled institutional knowledge of Swiss banking's operational rigour — from structured products to digital asset regulation.
Having personally led the legal integration of the Spanish Stock Exchange (BME) into the SIX Group, Dr. Pollak possesses rare first-hand expertise in how world-class exchange infrastructure is built and governed — directly applicable to the Bolsa de Santiago's next chapter.

Born in Chile and shaped by fifteen years at the heart of Switzerland's financial and legal system, Dr. Verónica Pollak is one of the most uniquely positioned advisory professionals operating at the intersection of these two nations.
A graduate of the University of Zurich with a Master and PhD in Law, Dr. Pollak built her career across the defining pillars of Swiss finance. At Credit Suisse, she served as Legal Counsel for Structured Products, managing the complete lifecycle of complex financial instruments across international jurisdictions. At the SIX Swiss Exchange, she led the landmark legal and compliance integration of the Spanish Stock Exchange (BME) and the REGIS-TR trade repositories — one of Europe's most complex post-acquisition integrations.
A defining chapter at the frontier of financial innovation was her role as Senior Legal Counsel at AMINA Bank AG — Switzerland's first fully-regulated crypto bank — where she navigated the intersection of digital asset regulation, blockchain finance, and the rigorous compliance standards that define Swiss banking globally.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Pollak built her regulatory and transactional foundations through projects at Swiss banking institutions in cross-border litigation matters involving the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
Throughout this journey, Dr. Pollak never lost sight of home. Her dual identity — Chilean roots, Swiss precision — is not merely biographical. It is the foundation of C² Multiplier: the conviction that Chile's immense potential can be unlocked through the systematic transfer of knowledge she has lived from the inside.
Her commitment to continuous learning led her to Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where in 2023 she complemented her Swiss financial expertise with the Bank Governance programme.
